Process for a Candidate Assessment
The assessment programme takes two days and has four main parts:
- The referring organization provides all relevant information on the candidate.
- St. Luke’s contacts the candidate directly with details of the programme and two questionnaires to be completed and returned prior to coming to the Centre.
- The candidate has face-to-face interviews with each member of the team and for psychometric and neuropsychological testing, at the Centre.
- St. Luke’s staff gives feedback to the candidate at the end of the assessment. A detailed assessment report is sent to the candidate and to the diocesan/community representative within two weeks. The final stage of the assessment programme is a feedback meeting with the candidate, diocesan/community representative and a member of our staff.
