As part of a commitment to safekeeping of minors, dioceses and religious congregations develop safety plans that are designed to prevent recidivism after a priest or religious is found to have engaged in misconduct.
St. Luke’s Centre provides risk assessments to inform the development of a safety plan. These assessments involve:
- File review
- Quantitative testing
The diocese or religious congregation is then provided information and a risk level that indicates the likelihood of reoccurrence.
