Taryn Millar, Psy.D, Coordinator, is a licensed psychologist in Maryland. She obtained her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from The George Washington University School of Professional Psychology and completed her doctoral training at the University of Virginia Counseling and Psychological Services Department. She previously was a therapist with the residential treatment program at Saint Luke Institute. Her clinical services include individual and group therapy and psychological evaluation and assessment.
Peter Ellsworth, Ph.D., has a doctorate in clinical psychology and a graduate degree in pastoral counseling from Loyola College in Maryland. He has worked for a variety of faith-based organizations and has been on the staff of Caritas Counseling Center and Saint Luke Institute for 13 years.
Philip Gloninger, Psy.D., is on the residential staff at Saint Luke Institute, but co-leads time-limited groups for Caritas Counseling Center. He earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internship at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital. He has worked as an outpatient drug and alcohol therapist and worked in the behavioral medicine field with individuals with chronic pain. He has training in motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy.
Sheila M. Harron, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in Maryland. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Duquesne University and completed a two-year internship at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, DC. She worked in community mental health before joining the clinical staff of Saint Luke Institute, where she has been a therapist in the men’s and women’s residential programs, director of Caritas Counseling Center and CEO.
Margaret M. Pakulski, M.A., LCSW-C, is an individual and group therapist with Caritas Counseling Center. She earned her MSW at The Catholic University of America and has extensive training from the Washington School of Psychiatry in adult psychodynamic psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. Prior to coming to Caritas Counseling Center, she was a therapist in the residential program at Saint Luke Institute. Her background includes training in family therapy and spiritual direction. She is also a trained and experienced EMDR therapist.
