Many of the priests and men and women religious who come to us are in the midst of spiritual challenges or crisis. Our spiritual formation team works very closely with the clinical staff to integrate Catholic spirituality with the rest of recovery, and to help our residents deepen their relationship with the Lord and their spiritual life as part of their healing.
Sacramental life is an important part of our program. Mass is celebrated daily in our large chapel and the Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered on-site bi-weekly with extern confessors.
Our spirituality program also includes Holy Hours, days of reflection, time for meditation, spirituality groups, a spirituality library, and opportunities to participate in activities such as the liturgy committee and music ministry.
New residents are greeted at welcoming ceremonies and those completing treatment are celebrated at commissioning liturgies.
